Private client decisions

Clients come to us for advice on a wide range of family orientated matters - buying and selling property (see property page), family problems or making a Will. We aim to provide high quality advice, in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Whatever the matter, we encourage clients to speak to one of our solicitors. We understand the sensitivity and confidentiality that sometimes surrounds private client matters and we do our best to approach such matters appropriately. We can answer your questions, describe the legal procedures and explain why we recommend a particular course of action.

We advise all our clients to have their Will prepared particularly if they have the responsibility of a family or property, are co-habiting, in a civil partnership or have re-married. Family assets, no matter how modest, should be protected as much as the law allows in order to provide security for the future and to pass onto your heirs without delay or excessive taxation.
